I can’t say enough how delicious this bread was! I bought a loaf for myself two of my friends, they loved it! They were so delicious! The Focaccia was a huge it with our homemade pasta dish. This might have to become a weekly order.

This bread is truly special. I love real bakery bread. But this bread is truly a cut above even the few real bakeries in this region. The sourdough loaf crumb is perfectly chewy and moist, the crust has snap and the flavor is outstanding. I had no idea I’d never had good rye bread until I tried this one. And the cookies? I can honestly say they are the best I’ve ever hard. I can’t way to try more creations!

I have been ordering this delicious bread most weeks for the last six months and my whole family absolutely loves it. We have struggled to find great bread since moving here from NYC and this bread has brought so much joy not to mention delicious sandwiches, breakfasts and more to our home. And even my gluten intolerant husband can eat this bread without ill effect. And I hesitate to add, because we’d like to keep them a secret, the Belgian triple chocolate chip sourdough cookies are the best cookies we have ever tasted. I don’t know Gonzalo personally but he has also been lovely, friendly and full of information about the bread. All the thumbs up for this bakery!!

Amazing bread that’s truly different than any other artisan bread we’ve had. We tried our first loaf a year ago, haven’t been able to settle for anything else and go out of our way to get it ever since.

True artisan bread. I ordered a sourdough with deep flavor and a crust that was crispy and chewy in all the right ways. Looking forward to trying the wholegrain, rye (vollkornbrot), and other choices!
